The Grand Puzzle

Sometimes things don’t make sense and we end up beating ourselves up for it or wondering what we did wrong. We stand there, over the shards remaining of the hope we hold on to and wonder why things are happening. Sometimes, life doesn’t make sense, and sometimes it can seem like you’re completely lost. But you aren’t, and the thing about life is this…eventually everything will make sense. Right now, you only have one small piece, and you’re trying to figure out the whole puzzle.

I’ve been thinking a lot about life and destiny, and how life works in the most spontaneous and eccentric mechanisms. We can never truly pinpoint what is exactly going on, but we always try. And this always leads to confusion and conflict.

But I believe in destiny. And I believe in fate. And sometimes, as hard as it may be, and as scary as it can seem, you have to have faith. You have to trust yourself (and the process), and know that some things happen for a reason. And if things aren’t okay, then this definitely isn’t the end.

It can be hard for some people to stay positive, but I’ve learned that you sometimes just need something to believe in. And at risk of sounding self-centered, I’m going to say that the best thing to believe in… is yourself. Chase your dreams, amaze yourself, and trust the process. Destiny is destiny, and some things are just meant to happen.

And there is no way for us to see the full picture, or to fully know that this grand puzzle looks like. So don’t agonize over things, simply live life to the fullest and do what feels right in your gut. Because one day, when everything connects you’ll be amazed at what’s in front of you.

Do you think everything connects?

  1. Interesting question and topic! I 100% agree that believing in yourself is key. I know this sounds cheesy too, but I do definitely believe that with a lot of hard work and a little bit of luck, any dream can come true. πŸ™‚
